This 2-hour workshop is an active class - Dress comfy, bring a yoga mat, and prepare to move! 

We'll be discussing the MANY physical changes of the body during pregnancy, and flow through exercises to stretch tight muscles, strengthen your core and pelvic floor, and improve posture.

You'll leave:

- feeling good in your changing body

- empowered with the knowledge to modify exercise and safely stay active throughout your pregnancy

- confident in starting to prepare your body for the demands of childbirth and postpartum

Postpartum Pelvic Healing— $55

This 2- hour interactive workshop is for postpartum parents, who want to learn more about the pelvic floor, how to recover from pregnancy and childbirth, and how to "bounce forward" to feeling like yourself and returning to the activities that you love! 

We'll discuss:

- how to check for Diastasis Recti (DRA)

- a realistic timeline for returning to exercise, plus how to build back core and pelvic floor strength

- how to care for a baby without killing your back (or neck, or wrists, etc)

- tips for returning to intimacy without fear or pain

- what's "normal" and when to seek additional support
